Missing Child Policy

In the Event of a Missing Child at Pickup:

  1. Immediate Action: Upon arriving to collect a child and finding them absent, first consult the class teacher to determine the child’s whereabouts.
  2. Contact the Club: If the child has been at school, reach out to the club immediately.
  3. Parent Notification: The manager or person in charge will contact the parents to inquire if alternative arrangements have been made for another family member to collect the child.
  4. Transport Remaining Children: If no arrangements have been made, ensure that the children in your care are safely transported to the club while the school initiates a search for the missing child.
  5. Keep Parents Informed: Parents should be kept updated about the situation as it develops.
