Whistleblowing Policy

At PuliKidz, we foster an open environment where all voices are heard, and every concern is treated with the utmost seriousness. To ensure the safety of all children, there will always be a minimum of two staff members present at our facilities.

Any allegations or concerns can be addressed with the PuliKidz manager. For immediate assistance, please contact us via telephone at 07852151678 or through email.

We encourage children, families, carers, and staff to discuss any concerns with the PuliKidz manager. All concerns will be documented, internally investigated, and, if necessary, referred for external advice and investigation.

  • Staff members are required to report any concerns they may have regarding colleagues, volunteers, or trainees related to the care of children.
  • All employees are encouraged to bring any concerns to the attention of the club manager as soon as possible.
  • Parents are welcome to discuss their concerns with the club manager privately, if needed.
  • Staff are trained to know the designated child protection officer and the established hierarchy in case they are unavailable.
  • If employees feel that their concerns are not adequately addressed by management, they have the right to contact social services directly at 07852151678.
  • Contact information for social services and early years is available in the social services folder located in our office and on the displayed emergency contact list. All employees have unrestricted access to this information at any time.
  • The details and contact numbers of the designated child protection officer, the club manager, and the assistant manager are provided to all parents and carers upon registration.
